We are SAT experts. It’s all we do.
We treat students as individuals in our interactive live online classes…with a maximum of 8 students per class.

We’re different.
We’re not a huge corporation churning through students.
We get Personal
We study your student’s strengths and challenges so that our teaching is strategic and efficient. We create an atmosphere in which learning is fun.
Our classes are small
Your student is grouped with others of similar strengths and challenges…with no more than 8 students per class.
We’re interactive
When you have small classes, everybody participates. Questions and answers are LIVE, not via chat, creating a lively learning experience.
Cameras are on during our classes
The massive learning losses during the pandemic taught us the right way to teach online. Students must have their cameras ON during class.
We build Confidence
First and foremost, students need to feel confident when they sit down to the SAT. Every aspect of our program points to this goal.
No Gimmicks
We know our material and we know our program produces results. We only hire hand-picked tutors who score in the 99th percentile in their subjects. There’s no need for gimmicky guarantees.

Why PrepSquared?
Because we GroupSmart®
We don’t just throw students together because they selected the same schedule.
Story Problem:
Seven students arrive at a tennis clinic at Prime Tennis Academy. Five have been playing since age three. Two have never held a racquet. Should you place them all in the same tennis clinic?
Answer:
It’s not a trick question. Obviously the answer is no. So why do so many test prep companies take this approach when creating test prep classes?
At PrepSquared, we treat each student as an individual. Using our proprietary GroupSmart® algorithm, we place your student in a group of other students with similar aptitudes. No one is afraid to ask questions, and everyone participates.

Founder Vinay Bhawnani was born in the USA to Indian immigrants. Like so many immigrant families, his parents wanted him to have the opportunity to go to a great university and achieve the American dream.
With perfect scores on the SAT math and math subject test, he was admitted to the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania.
When his nephews began preparing for the SAT, he shared his SAT test-taking techniques with them. His reputation quickly spread throughout the Washington DC area. Soon, he left his tech consulting day job to tutor full-time and grow it into a thriving company.
Vinay has trained his hand-picked tutors in his finely honed program so that more students can benefit, while maintaining the personal, highly interactive touch that drives student success.
Now he is sharing his program to a larger audience via his online program with PrepSquared.

Start Building Confidence
No such thing as one-size-fits-all
All of our students take an initial diagnostic test. Using our proprietary GroupSmart® algorithm, which considers test results and a number of other key factors, we then place students in small groups. This ensures an optimal learning atmosphere – students feel confident asking questions in class and interacting with their peers. Alternatively, we also offer individual test prep with dynamic private tutoring.

Asynchronous Learning
“We cut our teeth during COVID.”
– Founder Vinay Bhawnani
We learned a great deal about educating online during COVID. We made some mistakes, and we learned from them. We now understand how to deliver a powerful test prep experience via Zoom, coupled with engaging video tutorials that can be watched (asynchronously) at the student’s convenience.
Outcomes matter.
Happy students. Pleased parents.
