Register Online

• Complete registration form.
• You will select class times after entering your student’s PSAT and/or previous SAT scores.
• Your complete tuition is due at time of registration.

Student Takes Online Diagnostic Test

• Diagnostic test results are used to establish a baseline for your student. In addition, we review the diagnostic test during our first day of class.

PrepSquared Emails and Refund Timing

• After registration, you will receive an email with important logistics about the course, including how to access the diagnostic test and your PrepSquared Dashboard.
• After the diagnostic test is taken, but one week before the first class of your program, you may cancel your registration, but we will retain $150 of your tuition.
• After one week before the first class of your program, your tuition is nonrefundable. Please refer to Payment and Refunds here.

Schedule Changes

If you have any changes to your student’s schedule selected on the registration form, you must fill out our SAT Change Class form ASAP. You can find it here.

Change Deadline

Your student’s class schedule is based on what you selected during the registration process.  Any change requests to your original schedule selection, must be received by 5pm one week before the start of the first class.

Change Fees

Any schedule changes AFTER the schedule has been sent will be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee IF we are able to accommodate them, so please ensure you have filled out the correct availability for your student. Please see information on payments and refunds here.

Registration E-mail

After registering, everyone should have received an e-mail (from info@prepsquared.com) with further details about the program, including asking your student to schedule his/her diagnostic test.  Sometimes this e-mail is flagged as Junk/Spam/Promotions.  Please check your appropriate folders if you didn’t receive it.  We can resend it to you if needed.

Diagnostic Test

We will send your student details for the online proctored diagnostic test – a full length SAT (3 1/2 hour exam). Even if your student has taken the SAT recently, your student will still have to complete the diagnostic test as we review the results during the first week of class. Scores for all class tests are available via the test portal login.

Publicity

Occasionally, PrepSquared posts images and videos of our classes and students on PrepSquared’s social media accounts. You hereby authorize PrepSquared to post any images of your son or daughter on their social media accounts. You may email PrepSquared and ask us to remove any images or videos from PrepSquared’s social media account at any time. Further, your credit card or debit card authorization given during the registration process is also verifiable consent that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian.

Students Must Do Homework

Please ensure your student completes their homework for class. 

Come Prepared for Class

Please also ensure your student has their PrepSquared BINDER, pencils, and calculator (for math) available for each class.

Missing Class & Make-Up Classes

A major component of our success is the way in which we group students. This makes missing class and scheduling make-up classes very challenging for us. We require at least 72 hours advance notice to attempt to reschedule a class. Please read our Class Make-Up Policy here.

General Communication

Your primary contact for any program question is Communications & Operations Director Cali Moorman (cali@prepsquared.com).  If you contact her, please allow her at least 24 hours to respond. Each tutor’s email address will be provided with your student’s binder.

Parent Communication & Feedback

We will send out a parent update email after the midterm following week #3 of classes.  Until then, we have a messaging system that allows tutors to send you one-directional feedback, if needed, during the entire program.  If your student’s tutor would like to speak to you before the parent email is sent, they will provide information. If you have concerns about your student’s performance during the course, please contact your student’s tutor via email.

Check-in with Your Student

By registering for this course, you are making a considerable investment in your student’s future. Please check in with your student frequently regarding homework, mid-terms results, and how they’re feeling about the course. The earlier we are made aware of concerns, the sooner we can address them!

PrepSquared Does NOT Register Your Student

Registering for the SAT is the sole responsibility of the student and parent.

PrepSquared prepares the student for the SAT, but is not affiliated with the College Board and does NOT register the student for the actual test.
