How GroupSmart® works
We’ve crunched all the data we’ve gathered over the years to create an algorithm that strategically groups students for the best outcomes. When you enroll your student, we will ask questions that will serve as inputs for our GroupSmart® (patent pending) algorithm.
Together with machine learning, the algorithm determines the best grouping for math and reading for your student. The magic sweet spot is one in which students are challenged by their classmates, yet are comfortable enough to participate in class and ask questions without feeling inadequate.

After inputing your information on our registration form, we will present you will several options for your student’s math and reading class schedules. You will select the best options for your student to attend class. Then, you will receive instructions for your student to take an online proctored diagnostic test (a full-length SAT).
Students are in class with others of similar strengths and challenges. They confidently ask questions and learn from each other’s queries. No other test prep company does this.
