Based on your student’s previous scores, our algorithm has determined the following dates and times are the best for your student.
- Classes meet 3 hours each week (1.5 hours Math, 1.5 hours Reading/Writing).
- Please ensure your selected days/times do not coincide!
- Because class groupings are so critical to our mutual success and involve careful planning, it is unlikely that any schedule changes can be honored. Any change requests will be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee IF they can be honored.

We have found that the math material is too foreign to students who do not have a minimum of one semester of Algebra II prior to beginning our classes. I confirm that my student will have completed at least one full semester of Algebra II prior to the first day of this course.

Diagnostic Tests
After completing your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, which includes instructions for taking the mandatory proctored diagnostic test.
- Check your spam folders if you do not receive the registration email. If you do not receive the email and you have checked your spam folder, contact us ASAP.
- The diagnostic test is a full-length SAT or ACT to determine placement in a class. This needs to be completed by the Sunday prior to the first day of class.
- If your student has taken the SAT or ACT recently, we can use those scores for placement, but your student will still have to complete the in-person diagnostic test before class starts as we review the results during the first week.
- If student’s score falls outside of 900 – 1400, one-on-one tutoring will likely be recommended rather than a group class.
